I was working on a project for ACS (my employer) that took me to Europe. We were attending client meetings in Verona Italy (Romero and Juliette). Roy Singh and I had gotten up a 0:dark:thirty to fly from Paris to Verona on a Sunday morning.
In looking at the map, we saw that we were not that far from Venice. When we got to the hotel and checked in, we mentions this to the front desk. We were planning on driving. The lady at teh fron desk said we should take the train. She said it would cost 50 euro to park at Venice if we could even find space. And the train station was across the street.
So we took the train. The first picture in this series is arriving, and the first picture of Venice is the few from the front of the train station,
